•  Due to the large number of variables I can't control on your end,  I don't provide tech support, but if you uncover a glitch on the website please inform me right away.  I will do my best to find the problem and fix it.  Problems can result from flash, software updates, cookies, things getting stuck in your cache, and a myriad of other issues.  99% of the time there is an issue with either your computer or browser that is causing the problem.
• All I can realistically do is provide the best possible video quality & playback from my end.

• SEWN course materials are intended for the sole use of registered class members and family/partners residing in the same household.    You many print the PDF document, but download or copy of the videos is prohibited.

• Reteaching of class content for the purpose of  education in a school, prison, homeless shelter, women's shelter, etc., is permitted.
• Reteaching of class content for personal profit is not permitted.
